  • We ship across Pakistan via trusted courier services (TCS, Leopard, BlueEx, etc.).
  • Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and has a manufacturing defect.
  • Customer must contact us first before returning any item.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customized or opened earbuds/chargers are not eligible for return.

7. Warranty Most products come with a manufacturer warranty as mentioned on the product page. Warranty claims must be made directly to us with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durrani Mobiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
