Shipping Policy

Durrani Mobiles is committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship all orders through reliable courier partners:

Other Cities & Towns	3–6 working days
Remote Areas	5–8 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have additional COD charges applied by the courier.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain amount (mentioned on product page or at checkout).

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address with proper contact number.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or wrong address provided by the customer.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
You can track your order using the courier’s website or by contacting us.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.

If the customer refuses to accept the order or is not available at the given address, the order will be returned to us.
The customer will have to pay the return shipping charges + re-shipping charges if they still want the order.
