Step-by-Step Guide to Check Order Status

Login to Your Account
- Go to My Account on our website
- Log in with your registered email and password

View Your Orders
- Click on Orders or My Orders
- You will see all your recent and past orders with current status

Track Your Order
- Click on Track Order button next to your order
- You will see real-time tracking information
Order Status Meanings
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order received but payment not confirmed yet |
| Confirmed | Payment confirmed, order is being prepared |
| Processing | Order is packed and ready for shipping |
| Shipped | Order has been handed over to courier |
| Out for Delivery | Courier is delivering your order today |
| Delivered | Order successfully delivered to you |
| Cancelled | Order has been cancelled |
| Returned | Order has been returned to us |
After Your Order is Shipped
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email
- You can track your parcel directly on the courier website:
