Pricing and Billing Policy

This Pricing and Billing Policy explains how we set prices, process payments, and handle billing at Durrani Mobiles.

1. Pricing

  • All prices on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices include the cost of the product but may or may not include shipping charges and applicable taxes (these are shown separately at checkout).
  • We work hard to keep our prices competitive and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • The price you see at the time of checkout is the final price you will pay.

2. Promotions and Discounts

  • Occasional discounts, sale prices, and coupon codes may be offered.
  • Discounted prices are valid only for the mentioned period.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

3. Taxes

  • All applicable government taxes (Sales Tax, GST, etc.) are included in the final price where required.
  • For wholesale orders, tax treatment may differ according to Pakistani tax laws. Tax invoice will be provided upon request.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

5. Billing Information

  • You must provide accurate and complete billing information at the time of checkout.
  • If paying by bank transfer, please include your Order Number in the transaction reference.
  • Once payment is received, we will confirm your order via SMS and/or email.

6. Payment Confirmation

  • For COD orders: Confirmation is sent after order placement.
  • For online payments: Order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • If payment is not received or verified within 24 hours, we may cancel the order.

7. Refunds & Billing Disputes

  • Refunds (when approved) are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For bank transfers and mobile wallets, refund is usually completed within 5–7 business days.

8. Price Accuracy

While we make every effort to display accurate prices, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to:

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund, or
  • Continue with the order at the correct price.
