Return and Refund Policy

At Durrani Mobiles, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and seals intact.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used earbuds, headphones, or Bluetooth devices (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Used chargers, cables, or power banks
  • Products with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Customized or specially ordered items
  • Items without original packaging and accessories

3. Refundable Cases

We accept returns only in these situations:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item or wrong color/size was delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery (must be reported immediately with photos)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery via:
  2. Provide your Order Number, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the product is defective or wrong item).
  4. Return address will be provided after approval.

5. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer
    • Online payments → Refund to the same method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges (instead of refund) for wrong items or sizes where possible, subject to stock availability.

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Any product returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item).
