1. General Questions

What products do you sell? We sell brand new and high-quality mobile phones, smartphones, chargers, earphones, power banks, cases, tempered glass, and other mobile accessories.

Where are you located? We are based in Pakistan and ship to all cities across the country.

Do I need to create an account to shop? No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and enjoy faster checkout in the future.

2. Orders & Payments

How do I place an order? Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose payment method, and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan
  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Credit/Debit Card (via Shopify Payments or local gateway)

Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel or change your order if it has not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible on 0330-5995500 or email.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for all orders within Pakistan. Additional COD charges may apply depending on the courier.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 business days

Processing time is 1–2 business days.

What are the shipping charges? We offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping on orders above a certain amount (visible at checkout). Express delivery options are also available.

How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track it on the courier website (TCS, Leopard, BlueEx, etc.).

What if my order is delayed or not delivered? Please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and has all tags intact. Return shipping charges may apply.

How do I request a refund or replacement? Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the process.

Do products come with warranty? Yes, most mobiles and accessories come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are mentioned on the product page. For any warranty claim, please keep the original invoice and packaging.

Is there any restocking fee? No restocking fee for valid returns. However, if the product is found tampered or used, we may deduct charges or reject the return.

5. Product-Related Questions

Are your products 100% original? Yes, we sell only genuine and PTA approved mobiles (where applicable). We source directly from authorized distributors.

Do you sell used or refurbished phones? Currently we mainly sell brand new phones and accessories. Please check the product description for any refurbished items.

How do I know if a phone is PTA approved? PTA approved status is clearly mentioned on the product page. You can also check the IMEI on the PTA website after receiving the phone.

What if the product is defective? Contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per the policy.

6. Other Questions

Do you ship internationally? International shipping is available on selected items. Please contact us for rates and delivery time.

How secure is my personal information? Your data is protected with Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not share your information with third parties.
